Frequently Asked Questions
What is coaching?
The easiest way to explain coaching is to compare it to lessons. If you've ever taken swimming lessons, karate lessons, art class, etc., generally these things happen weekly on a recurring day and time. In a lesson or class, the teacher guides you through the learning process by carefully planning what to teach and when. Coachings, by contrast, are a compliment to classes and lessons, and not necessarily a replacement. The coach will help you with your current challenges but not necessarily plan the trajectory of your learning (this is what the courses at Indie Conservatory do)
